(
Brief data summary
and
scan listing
)
This experiment comprised 5 stations (EbWbNtHhSc), with 8 8MHz IFs, each with 1 polarization (RCP) and 16 frequency points per IF/pol. Integration times were 2s. The experiment was correlated twice, once with scans of ScoX at the ScoX position, and again with those scans at the 'NEsrc' position.
Sc used a different schedule than the other four stations. It had about an hour in common on ScoX. Since we can't currently handle subnetting in the correlator-control software, we pretended Sc followed the schedule of everyone else, and made a UVFLG-input file to excise the times when Sc was observing a different source, which was included in the UVFLGing done in the pipeline.
Because the pipeline includes only the calibrator sources, which were correlated the same way in each of the two runs, I've only done a single pipeline. The calibrator sources were 1504-166 (very few scans) and 1628-148.
The EVN reliability indicator was ERI=0.84 for the two correlations combined (Eb,Wb,Hh = 1; Nt = .67 & .6). ERI gives you an estimate of the ratio of good-to-expected visibilities. ERI*, the same concept but not including things beyond the telescopes' control (weather, etc.) was the same.
Plots of the autocorrelations

Comments.
Plots made with no scan-breaking, so time-range on a specific plot is the best description of what the plot contains (not necessarily only the source label).

Comments.
Nt: almost always no data in IF 4,8 meeting weight cut-off: the last four head positions (which contribute to these channels) had excessive parity rates throughout most of the May/Jun'03 session... and apparently into these experiments which took place at the end of July.

Telescope sensitivities
from the a priori TSYS and Gain curves (the square of this
number gives the antenna noise (SEFD) in Jy - the smaller the better).
Comments.
Fringe-fit phase solutions
(including Parallactic Angle correction).
Comments.
Cutoff for acceptable SNR lowered from 11 to 7. Because of the small number of telescopes and Nt having usually no data in IF 4,8, the minimum number of antennas for a solution was lowered from 4 to 3. [aparm(7) and aparm(1), respectively]
