SN1 = Output of running APCAL on TY and GC tables
CL2 = The apriori amplitdue calibration (CL1 * SN1) and the parallactic

FG1 = Flagging band edges and data acquired when the
         telescopes were off-source (as determined by telescope
         monitor data).
SN2 = The phase, delay, and phase rate solutions derived from sources
        except phase-reference target sources.

CL3 = CL2 * SN2 (the application of SN2 to CL2)
