The 'standard plots' for EV018B are as follows: ev018b-weight.ps station weight vs. time ev018b-auto-[1,2].ps station autocorrelation amp vs. freq ev018b-cross-[1,2][a,p].ps baseline amp/phs vs. freq ev018b-ampphase-[1..4][a,p].ps Ef-* baseline amp/phs vs. time The auto and cross plots show data from scan 52 (J1800+3848) [1] and scan 220 (3C454.3) [2]. The ampphase plots show amp [a] or phase [p] vs. time, omitting target scans. The first three pairs of ampphase plots show data for the time spanned by the individual pulsars (1=B1929, 2=B2020, 3=B201); the fourth shows the whole experiment. The antenna numbering in these plots is 0-based -- thus one less than the corresponding antenna numbers in the AIPS FITS file. (a) WEIGHT plots The plot shows the weights for all IFs (parallel-hands only) per station, with each 1s integration plotted as a separate ".". The IF/pol color-coding is: IF1/RR = red IF1/LL = blue IF2/RR = cyan IF2/LL = green IF3/RR = pink IF3/LL = med.grey IF4/RR = brown IF4/LL = purple IF5/RR = teal IF5/LL = yellow IF6/RR = steel blue IF6/LL = lt.grey IF7/RR = black IF7/LL = orange IF8/RR = lt.green IF8/LL = lt.purple (b) AUTOCORRELATION SPECTRA plots The plots show data from the scans listed above. The IFs for a station are plotted side-by-side, but in separate plots to avoid peaks in one IF from throwing off the y-axis scale for other IFs. The polarization color-coding is RR=red, LL=blue. The y-axis range don't necessarily go down to zero. (c) BASELINE SPECTRA plots The baseline vs. frequency plots show vector-averaged amplitude and phase for all baselines for the same scans as the autocorrelation plots, with amp & phase going to separate plots using the same baseline lay-out on the page. The polarization color-coding remains RR=red, LL=blue. (d) AMP/PHASE(t) plots The baseline vs. time plots show amplitude and phase for non-target scans on Ef-*, with amp & phase going to separate plots, with time-ranges described above. Each 1s integration is plotted as a separate ".", with the middle 80% of the band used for vector-averaging over frequency. Only IFs 1-3 are shown to avoid cluttering the phase(t) plots; these were chosen to avoid the problems in Sv with in the upper 4 IFs (outside it's top frequency) and Zc in IF4 (up-converter RFI in band at 4979.9). The color-coding here is the same as the first 3 IFs in the weight plot: IF1/RR = red IF1/LL = blue IF2/RR = cyan IF2/LL = green IF3/RR = pink IF3/LL = med.grey The amp(t) plots omit the fringe-finders to avoid throwing off the y-axis scale.
