The 'standard plots' for GF015A are as follows: gf015a.Q[i][c]-weight.ps station weight vs. time gf015a.Q[i][c]-auto.ps station autocorrelation amp vs. freq gf015a.Q[i][c]-cross-[a,p].ps baseline amp/phs vs. freq gf015a.Q[i][c]-ampphase-[a,p].ps Ef-* baseline amp/phs vs. time The field "Q[i][c]" represents a portion of the experiment from which the data in the plot are taken (i=1,2,...6; c='a','b','c','d'). The scan-ranges of these parts are: 1a = 1-15 3a = 115-129 5a = 203-214 1b = 16-30 3b = 130-144 5b = 215-226 1c = 31-44 4a = 145-159 5c = 227-238 1d = 45-58 4b = 160-174 5d = 239-249 2a = 59-72 4c = 175-188 6a = 250-263 2b = 73-86 4d = 189-202 6b = 264-277 2c = 87-100 6c = 278-291 2d =101-114 The auto and cross plots show 1min of data taken from the fringe-finder scans, and thus have only 4 Q[i][c] parts (Q1b = 3C84, scan 28; Q2c = J0927, scan 88; Q3b = J0927, scan 144; Q6a = 3C84, scan 252). The cross & ampphase plots show amp [a] or phase [p] in separate plots. The antenna numbering in these plots is 0-based -- thus one less than the corresponding antenna numbers in the AIPS FITS file. Further comments about the plots can be found in the PI-letter. (a) WEIGHT plots The plot shows the weights for all IFs (parallel-hands only) per station, with each 0.25s integration plotted as a separate ".". The IF/pol color-coding is: IF1/RR = red IF1/LL = blue IF2/RR = cyan IF2/LL = green IF3/RR = pink IF3/LL = med.grey IF4/RR = brown IF4/LL = purple IF5/RR = teal IF5/LL = yellow IF6/RR = steel blue IF6/LL = lt.grey IF7/RR = black IF7/LL = orange IF8/RR = lt.green IF8/LL = lt.purple (b) AUTOCORRELATION SPECTRA plots The plots show 1min of data from the fringe-finder scans listed above. All IFs for a station share the same plot, separated by the dotted vertical lines. Each station's plot self-scales; the y-axis range doesn't necessarily go down to zero. The polarization color-coding is: red=RCP, blue=LCP. The plots show the real component rather than amplitude to avoid aliasing negative values. (c) BASELINE SPECTRA plots The baseline vs. frequency plots show amplitude and phase for all baselines for the same 1-minute intervals as the autocorrelation plots. Amp(frq) and phs(frq) go into separate plots with corresponding lay-out of baselines over the (up to) 4 pages. All IFs for a baseline share the same plot, separated by the dotted vertical lines. The amplitude plots self-scale per baseline; the phase plots have a fixed y-axis range (+/-200deg). Polarization color-coding within each IF is red=RR, blue=LL. (d) AMP/PHASE(t) plots The Ef-* baseline vs. time plots show amp and phase in separate plots. These plots show only non-target scans within each part of the experiment. Each 0.25s integration is plotted as a separate ".", with the middle 80% of the band used for vector-averaging over frequency. The IF/pol color-coding in the amp(t) plot is the same as for the weight plot. The phase(t) plot shows only IF2-3, where the Da signal is -- the color-coding here changes to: IF3/RR = red IF3/LL = blue IF4/RR = cyan IF4/LL = green.
