Because there was no scan in which all 17 stations participated at the same time, the normal automatic standard plots didn't provide a complete overview of the experiment. I therefore made some manual plots that provide similar information to allow a review of the correlation. The combination of all plots shows all stations at least once for each type of plot. The names of the plot files are: gi001b.[RUN]-weight.ps.gz station weight vs. time (full exp) gi001b.[RUN]-auto-[SCAN].ps.gz station autocorrelation real vs. freq gi001b.[RUN]-cross-[SCAN][a|p].ps.gz baseline amp/phs vs. freq gi001b.[RUN]-ampphase-[STA][a|p].ps.gz baseline amp/phs vs time [RUN] is one of "cont", "lineL", or "lineR". Each polarization for the line correlation filled the correlator, so had to be run separately. [SCAN] for the plots vs. frequency refers to the scan used for the plot. 32 = 1830+139, 04:24-35, ref.sta = EF 124 = OT081, 10:02-07, ref.sta = PT Each of the plots uses 2 minutes of data from the scan, ending ~30s prior to the end of the scan. [STA] for ampphase plots (vs. t) refers to the reference station used for the plot. EF = Efflesberg - shows all baselines Ef-* for as long as Ef was in the array PT = Pie Town - shows baselines Pt-VLBAs for as long as Pt was in the array [a|p] for amp/phs plots refers to amp (a) or phase (p). (a) WEIGHT plot - shows all IF/pols, with color-coding cont: Red = IF1/LCP Blue = IF1/RCP Cyan = IF2/LCP Green = IF2/RCP Magenta = IF3/LCP Yellow = IF3/RCP lineL: Red = IF1/LCP lineR: Red = IF1/RCP Each integration is plotted as a separate ".". Note that since the continuum run was performed by commenting out IF1 in the VEX file, the correlator viewed this as a 3-IF run, and the scheduled IF numbers (2,3,4) were labelled (1,2,3) in the subsequent stages of the data (measurement set, FITS files). Thus IF1 in the continuum part does not correspond to IF1 in the line part. (b) AUTOCORRELATION SPECTRA plots - The y-axes may not necessarily go down to 0. All IFs plotted to same y-axis scale. RFI seen in upper two continuum IFs is not at all constant in time. Color coding (per IF): Red = LCP, Blue = RCP. (c) BASELINE SPECTRA plots - show (separately) amp and phase vs frequency for baselines to the reference station, vector averaged in time (time-range in lower-right corner). Color coding is the same as for autocorrelation plots. The y-axis ranges self-scale, not necessarily going down to 0 for amp, nor encompassing a full 360deg for phase. (d) AMP/PHASE(t) plots - show all IFs/pols for baselines to the reference station, but not including data from the targets. Color coding is the same as for the weight plots. The frequency points are vector averaged over the middle 80% of the band to make these plots. Each integration is plotted as a separate ".".
