General Comments. ( Brief data summary and scan listing )
C-band NME observed on 20 October 2005 (session 3/2005). 256 Mbps, 2-bit sampling, dual polarization. There were 4*8 MHz channels in both RCP and LCP. The experiment started with 3C345, then continued with phase-referencing between 3C454.3 and J2254+1341. There was a short 3C84 scan at the end.

Noto could not participate in the session because of an antenna problem. In Shanghai the cryogenic system stopped working, resulting in high Tsys. There were no other major problems.

The EVN reliability indicator (ERI) for this experiment was ERI = 0.74 . ERI* = 0.74 . (Ef=0.93, Wb=1.0, Jb1=1.0, On=1.0, Mc=0.93, Nt=0.0, Tr=1.0, Hh=0.96, Sh=1.0)

Some data have been lost in Ef and Mc; Hh started a bit late. Note that Shanghai high phase rates and then no data after 18-19 UT was due to the source setting.

Shanghai had trouble with the cryogenic system.

Phase-referencing worked very well. The apparent difference between the calibrator and the target phases was probably due to an incorrect target position (the target was not an ICRF source). The model phases followed the observed ones well (see below).
