(
Brief data summary
and
scan listing
)
L band (1.6 GHz) network monitoring experiment (NME) observed on 3 Mar 2010. The data rate was 512 Mbps (16 x 8 MHz subbands, dual polarization, two-bit sampling). The experiment observed four sources 4C39.25, 1146+286, 1145+268 and 1156+295. In this pipeline reduction, Ef and Wb are the reference antennas. The target source 1146+286 was phase-referenced with source 1145+268 (both strong enough sources).
12 stations participated in the experiment: Cm, Da, Ef, Jb, On, Mc, Tr, Wb, Ur, Sh, Zc and Bd. There were fringes to all stations. Losses included: Last two scans (~15 minutes) for Bd (power outage) and Westerbork ~ 15 minutes (changing disk pack due to faulty ftp scan).
The EVN reliability indicator (ERI) for this experiment was
ERI = 0.97 . ERI* = 0.97 .
(Wb=0.92,Bd=0.92)
Plots of the autocorrelations
Comments.
RFI in upper and lower IFS of Mc and On. Very noisy autocorrelations for Wb.

Looks OK
TSYS against time
Comments.
Noisier Tsys measurements in IF 1 RR and LL for Wb. Dummy antab file for Bd used.
Telescope sensitivities
from the a priori TSYS and Gain
curves (the square of this number gives the antenna noise (SEFD) in Jy - the
smaller the better).
Comments.
Fringe-fit phase solutions

Angle correction).

Fringe-fit delay solutions

Fringe-fit rate solutions
Comments.
Telescope bandpasses
Comments.
For all stations; phases deviate at edges of bandpass for most stations, particularly bad for Bd. Far outliers for Cm and Da.
Calibrated amplitude and phase against time
(a
priori amplitude calibration and fringe-fit solutions applied).
Comments.
