The 'standard plots' for RM007 are as follows: rm007-weight.ps station weight vs. time rm007-auto-[1,2].ps station autocorrelation amp vs. freq rm007-cross-[1,2][a,p].ps baseline amp/phs vs. freq rm007-ampphase-[1,2,3][a,p].ps Ef-* baseline amp/phs vs. time The auto and cross plots show 1 minutes of data from scan 14 (0420-014) [1] and scan 36 (ORIKL) [2] (no phase(frq) for scan36). The ampphase plots show amp [a] or phase [p] vs. time for the fringe-finders in scan 1-14 [1], the whole experiment omitting target scans [2], and the amp(t) for the maser scans [3]. The antenna numbering in these plots is 0-based -- thus one less than the corresponding antenna numbers in the AIPS FITS file. (a) WEIGHT plots The plot shows the weights for all IFs (parallel-hands only) per station, with each 0.5s integration plotted as a separate ".". The IF/pol color-coding is: IF1/RR = red IF1/LL = blue (b) AUTOCORRELATION SPECTRA plots The plots show 1 minute of data from the scans listed above. The polarization color-coding is: RR=red, LL=blue, RL=cyan, LR=green. (c) BASELINE SPECTRA plots The baseline vs. frequency plots show vector-averaged amplitude and phase for all baselines for the same 1-minute segments of the scans in the autocorrelation plots, with amp & phase going to separate plots using the same baseline lay-out on the page. The polarization color-coding remains RR=red, LL=blue, RL=cyan, LR=green. The phase(freq) plot omits the cross-pols. Plot [2] shows the middle 200 frequency points of amp(phase) for a maser scan. (d) AMP/PHASE(t) plots The baseline vs. time plots show amplitude and phase on Ef-* in a variety of subsets. Each 0.5s integration is plotted as a separate ".", with the middle 80% the band used for vector-averaging over frequency for continuum sources. Plots [1] shows scan 1-14, comprising the early run of fringe-finders. Plots [2] show all non-target scans. These two sets show only the parallel-hand polarizations, with ths phase(t) plot for the whole experiment showing just one polarization. Plot [3] shows amp(t) for all maser scans, averaged over 16 frequency points centered on the feature at frequency-point 1040. The color-coding for the amp(t) plots is the same as in the baseline cross-plots, up to the number of polarizations plotted.
