This is the continuum pass of EM064D (8 bands, 2 pols, each with 128 frequency points).
C band (5cm) line and continuum phase-referencing experiment, observed on 11 March 2009. The data rate was 128 Mbps (16 x 2 MHz subbands, dual polarization, two-bit sampling). The target source 'I20126' was calibrated using the phase-reference source 'J2007+4029'. 'J2005+7752' was observed as fringe finder and calibrator. In this pipeline reduction, Ef served as reference antenna and as plot reference, i.e. the plots show baselines to Ef.
8 EVN stations participated in this experiment: Cm, Ef, Jb (MkII), Mc, Nt, On, Tr, and Wb (single dish). Due to the limitations of the microwave link, not all subbands of Cm were recorded. Ef was out for a pointing check at 06:17-06:29 UT and had to do a full Az turn at 07:50-08:05 UT after having reached its Az limits. At Jb, the MkII telescope was used for these observations. Mc reported that the IF2 channel had less power than nominal. At Nt, the elevation of the sources was beyond the upper limit of the telescope at 07:40-08:10 UT. As usual at this frequency, a single antenna was used at Wb.
The EVN reliability indicator (ERI) for this experiment was
ERI = 1.0 . ERI* = 1.0 .

Plots of the autocorrelations
Comments.
Cm: valid data in subbands 0-4; some low-level RFI at Ef, Wb, Jb, Tr; noisy bandpasses/spikes in Mc/IF3/RR (before 08:00 UT), Nt/IF2+3/RR, Wb/IF7+8/LL, Tr/IF3-6/LL; 210 pages
plots of the uncalibrated amplitude and phase
against time
Comments.
Ef-Tr: amplitude decreases in all IFs at ~07:50-08:40 UT => small-scale structure?; Ef-On: some variation in amplitude => small-scale structure?; 32 pages

TSYS against time
Comments.
Cm: T_sys=1 (microwave link); Wb: small jump in all subbands at ~08:30 UT; Jb: RCP channels show brief disturbance at ~05:30 UT, LCP channels at ~07:15 UT; On: small jump at ~08:30 UT in all subbands; Mc: first data points in LCP channels very high (outliers) => flag?; Nt: T_sys of IF1/RCP differs from T_sys of other subbands; Tr: lots of scatter at ~07:55-08:30 UT; 13 pages
Telescope sensitivities
from the a priori TSYS and Gain
curves (the square of this number gives the antenna noise (SEFD) in Jy - the
smaller the better).
Comments.
nothing unusual deteced; 13 pages
Fringe-fit phase solutions
(including Parallactic
Angle correction).
Comments.
refant=Ef, drift in phases reflects the parallactic angle correction; looks ok; 13 pages
Fringe-fit delay solutions
Comments.
refant=Ef; Cm: huge delays in IF5/R+L (hundreds of nanoseconds); rest of delays of the order of (tens of) nanoseconds; 13 pages
Fringe-fit rate solutions
Comments.
refant=Ef; rates of the order of a few milliHertz; 13 pages

Comments.
Mc: noisy phases and amplitudes in IFs 6+8/RCP in the first (two?) scan(s?); Tr: in scan # 72 and #73, only IF2/RCP and IF5/LCP present, in scan #74-82, all IFs _except_ for IF2/RCP and IF5/LCP present, noisy phases and amplitudes in IFs 1+2+5/RCP and IFs 2+4+8/LCP in scan #83; 194 pages
