General Comments. ( Brief data summary and scan listing )
C-band NME observed on 28 Oct. 2005 (session 3/2004). This experiment was recorded at 256 Mbps using 2-bit sampling (256-8-2) which resulted in 4x8MHz channels per polarization. All stations produced fringes. Urumqi did not send the disk because of shortage of recording media during the session. Jodrell Bank and Shanghai swapped polarizations (had been fixed prior to correlation). Noto used the Rubidium maser, which turned out to be unstable. Phases may be recovered better by fringe-fitting the data with a solution interval of less than 30s. Also BBC#1 was unlocked - this problem was realised in the ftp test during this experiment and was quickly fixed.

The main targets, 3C273B and 1222+037 were observed in short cycles. OQ208 was used for checking the polarization leakages. The first three scans of the experiment were not correlated.

The ratio of the expected to the observed number of good visibilities is estimated as ERI = ERI* = 0.91 (Ef=0.96, Jb=1.0, Mc=0.94, On=1.0, Wb=0.92, Tr=1.0, Nt=0.75, Ur=1.0, Sh=0.5/0.5 (sources set early), Hh=1.0).

Tr: the DPFU values provided by the station were bad (the polynomials seemed to be OK). New DPFUs were estimated based on a previous pipeline imaging run. These are 0.0588 (RCP), and 0.0537 (LCP).

Nt: Rubidium maser was used. Rates are not high, but the solutions are rather noisy. Decided not to use shorter solution intervals in FRING because that would have resulted in lower SNR for the long baselines.
