General Comments.
(
Brief data summary and
scan listing.)
This project consists of 8 stations: Cm, Eb, Wb, Jb (MK2), On, Mc, Nt and Tr.
Used 2 8-MHz bands x 2 Pol. with 2-bit sampling. Eb is the reference antenna.
No Tsys was produced at Cm and Jb was completely lost due to a power supply
failure. ERI=0.75 (Cm=1.0, Eb=1.0, Wb=1.0, Jb=0.0, On=1.0, Mc=1.0, Nt=0.98 and
Tr=1.0), ERI*=0.75 (technical problems only).
Plots of the autocorrelations.
Comments.
Wb: Usual pointy bands.
Cm: Autocorrelations are dead in second IF (LL).
Plots of the uncalibrated amplitude and phase against time.
Comments.
None.
Plots of the uncalibrated amplitude and phase against frequency
channel.
Comments.
Cm: ampltude in second IF (LL) is low.
The uncalibrated amplitude and phase of the crosshand
correlations against frequency channel.
Comments.
None.
TSYS against time.
Comments.
Cm: No TSYS available. Nominal sensitivity used for gain calibration.
Telescope sensitivities from the a priori TSYS and Gain
curves (the square of this number gives the antenna noise (SEFD) in Jy - the smaller the better).
Comments.
On: SEFD is approximately twice its expected value according to value listed at EVN status table.
All other telescopes have approximately the correct sensitivities albeit generally slightly poorer than expected.
Fringe-fit phase solutions.
Comments.
Eb: Note effect of parallactic angle correction on reference antenna.
Fringe-fit delay solutions.
Comments.
None.
Fringe-fit rate solutions.
Comments.
Noise is appreciably less in the second half of the experiment.
Telescope bandpasses.
Comments.
A "feature" in AIPS is causing some extraneous lines to be plotted.
Calibrated amplitude and phase against time
(a priori amplitude calibration and fringe-fit solutions applied).
Comments.
None.
Calibrated amplitude and phase against frequency channel.
Comments.
Plotting bug and Cm low amplitude again evident. Note that channel edges have been flagged, most stringently on Cm (microwave link narrows usable bandwidth).
Phase corrections applied to a priori calibrated and fringe-fitted data by self-calibration.
Comments.
On: Many solutions fail for J1936+3642, possibly related to low sensitivity of this telescope.
Cm: Solutions are generally noisy than for other antennas.

Comments.
Detections of 3C286 and 1803+784 again marginal.
Amplitude corrections applied to a priori calibrated and fringe-fitted data by self-calibration.
Also available as a text file.
Comments.
Cm: low amplitude in IF2 (RR) is corrected.
Telescope sensitivities (the total AMP gain applied during
both a priori and self calibration; the square of this number gives the antenna
noise (SEFD) in Jy).
Comments.
Cm: sensitivity is greatly degraded now in IF2 (LL).

Comments.
3C286: Substantial deviations from zero and large ammounts of missing data are evident.
